Join me for an evening of true heart connection, medicinal movement and soul embodiment, inspired by drinking and connecting with the energy of Cacao at Winter Solstice.
Ceremonial Cacao is a wonderful, transcendental plant teacher with multiple health benefits and her subtle yet strong heart opening frequencies are a blessing to behold.
We will begin our ceremony with a short grounding meditation to come back to center, shortly after I will serve the ceremonial grade Cacao from Peru while calling in the cardinal directions.
After setting our intentions for the year ahead and drinking Cacao I will guide you on a shamanic journey to connect with your inner most truth and help you remember and embody your souls purpose.
We will then perform a collective Winter Solstice ritual together to honour the Sun and give thanks for the year just passed. Held by the nurturing energy of this sacred medicine we will then dance our desires and manifestations for the year ahead into existence.
No previous experience of drinking Cacao or meditation is needed.
Bring a Journal, pen, sheep skin rug, cushion and a blanket to make a nest as we wind down.
