Emma’s bio

Emma Shoesmith is a sacred life coach, conscious creative consultant, experience alchemist, speaker and Cacao ceremony facilitator. She’s the host of the New Earth Business Podcast, creator of the New Earth Business Principles and founder of RibbitGecko a digital creative agency serving conscious businesses and purpose driven brands.

Emma works with forward thinking entrepreneurs, creative visionaries, eco conscious companies to help them connect with their intuition, develop a sovereign CEO's mindset, trust in their unique magic, lead from the heart and build resilient leadership qualities inspired by the art of sacred reciprocity.

Her 10+ years of experience in branding and marketing has made her a rare find in the conscious business space as she combines technical knowledge with a deep understanding of people, habits and trends by by sitting right between the menials and the Gen Z’s. Because if this she is called upon to offer guest lectures at the University of Westminster and Bath Spa University.

Emma uses her specialist knowledge in yoga, mindfulness, meditation, shamanism and energy healing to create bespoke containers, retreats and outdoor adventures for her clients to come home to themselves and thrive. Emma guests on many a podcast and come’s alive with a mic in her hand, she’s hosted stages, ceremonies, talks, events for The North Face, Soho House, Medicine Festival, Camp VCC and Wonderment. She is also a guest lecturer at the University of Westminster and The University of Bath on the Multi Media BA’s.

Emma’s passion and understanding of people, business, creativity and nature stems from her nomadic lifestyle as a snowboard instructor, working as a host for Richard Branson at his private mountain retreat in Switzerland, heading up multi million fitness tech start up FitXR as brand director, while running her own creative production house in London.

Leaving the city behind her in 2022 Emma now lives in a beautiful cottage in Somerset with her Spanish partner Alejo and is immersing herself in the community through offering workshops, retreats, events and Cacao ceremonies at Babington House the Soho House of the Shire. Some of her passions include growing veg permaculture style, foraging, all things fermented, dancing till dawn, making medicine music, surf adventures in her camper van and exploring the therapeutic properties of psychedelics.
