Ceremonial Cacao is a wonderful, transcendental plant teacher with multiple health benefits and her subtle yet strong heart opening frequencies are a blessing to behold.
We will begin our ceremony with a short grounding meditation to come back to center and then I will serve the cerimonial grade Cacao made with love by the Ashininka tribe in Peru.
After setting our intentions for the year ahead and drinking our Cacao I will guide you deep within to connect with your inner most truth and help you to remember and embody your souls purpose.

No previous experience of drinking Cacao or meditation is needed.
Bring a yoga mat and a blanket to make a nest as we wind down.
