Womens call to water day retreat on the 9th June

a day retreat for salty souls who want to fall into flow and reconnect with themselves through the feminine element of water.

With Lucie Norris (SUP) yoga teacher and free diver, and me a self proclaimed water baby and lover of all things in and under the sea.

To celebrate World Ocean Day we invite you to join us for a one of a kind day retreat in urban north london. Starting at sunrise with a SUP yoga class in the beautiful surroundings of the West Reservoir Centre in Stoke Newington. You will have the chance to learn the basics of paddle board yoga while making a mindful connection with the element of water. Through pranayama breathing techniques that serve to expand your awareness and affinity with the fluid beneath and within. We will then move to a grounding outdoor space for a self development workshop to help you tap into your personal magic and let go of limiting beliefs.

After an absolutely scrumptious vegetarian picnic provided by What The Fatoush, we will make our way to Evoke yoga studio, nestled in between woodberry downs and clissold park. It is here where we will start our on land practice of connecting with the element of water. Just because we don't live near the sea doesn't mean we can feel her power. The afternoon workshops will include, womb yoga, sacred art expression and guided meditation. We will finish with a closing circle to seal in all the magical potent energy we have created together. You will leave with an ocean day themed goodie bag containing objects and potions to help you flow into the week with ease and grace.
